The 30 Day Shred - Day 1

If you haven't already seen my post below about The 30 Day Shred, you can read it here. I had been posting my updates in there and I did post a lot about the start of my journey, but I thought that post would start getting too long, so I am going to post today and at the end of every level. 
I woke up today at 9.30am, had a healthy breakfast of fruit and weetabix and a pint of water, for lunch I had a bowl of homemade vegetable soup with brown bread, and for dinner I have broccoli and cauliflower pasta in a cheese sauce. I haven't even snacked today, but I am going to eat an orange rather soon.

I started the day with level 1 after my breakfast, and it was A LOT harder than I thought it would be. It doesn't look too difficult but when you are actually doing it, I did struggle and wanted to give up already! But I know if I stick to it, I will have a nice body and that's important to me. After doing Level 1, I spent the day being 'active' I didn't sit down for long periods of time and I thought I have done so good. In the later afternoon I did a dance game (Just Dance 4) for at least an hour, and that really wears you out! Then I just sorting out a few things in my room, being active again! Then I have just finished a small arm toning workout.

I don't think I have done too much today, but I probably should of started with something simple and increased, but if you're not going to put in a lot of effort, there is no point right? As of this moment, I feel really good, other than period pain! But I hope I'm not too sore tomorrow, I will be posting again about my week, when I finish Level 1 on the 28th! And will be posting some photo's too!

  3. I'm trying to figure out if I wasn't to join a gym or work out at home. I like the YouTube channel called blogilaties, so I might do that. Dance games after super fun to me, but I don't own any.
