Photo Diary | Gibraltar 2015

5 May 2015

I very recently come back from holiday this weekend just passed and I couldn't wait to upload all my holiday snaps for you all. I visited Gibraltar for my sister-in-laws wedding and it was amazing. I hadn't been on holiday for years and years before this and it will defiantly be something I will never forget. It was the first time me and my boyfriend had gone away together and it was so lovely to spend some quality time together. I hope one day I can return to Gibraltar because honestly it was one of the best experiences of my life. Enjoy my photos!

My favourite bit of the holiday was the view from our balcony. The weather is a completely different thing than what you would get in England. Waking up to an orange sunrise and the sun shining off the water is something I will never forget. I wish I got more photo's and I was I was there for longer. It seems like a completely different world compared to the nasty raining England i'm currently looking out at.

The most iconic thing about Gibraltar is the monkeys. They live at the top of the rock and they are unreal. Although very scary they are fantastic. We went on a tour and we was able to hold the monkeys and be so close to them and they could jump all over us, although when one jumped on my back I did scream....oops.

We arrived late sunday evening and after dropping our bags into our rooms and freshening up we ventured out into the 'Ocean Village'. We didn't do much the first few days, but Tuesday was the whole reason we went there. It was the wedding day. The service was lovely and the views during the ceremony were indescribable. We went for a lovely meal after the wedding in the hotel, very posh and very expensive.

Gibraltar town is honestly such a beautiful place and I feel like I have rambled on this whole post, but I am currently suffering from major holiday blues. I'm hating being back at work and I forgot how much I hate my job. I have plently more photo's if anybody is interested but I would 1000% be returning one day and if anybody reading this is thinking of going, please do!
